We’ve recently upgraded our website and have not transferred previously existing customer accounts. 

To create an account, please "Checkout as guest" and after ordering specify a password and a new account will be created.

Q: Do I need to create an account?

A: No - you can always check out as guest but you won't be able to see previous orders without

Q: Why can't I log in?

A: We moved to a new website 22nd Feb. Our new website allows for an optimised web experience, especially for mobile

Q: I've recreated my account but can't see my previous orders - where are they?

A: All orders before 22.02.2022 have been removed. If you choose to checkout using an account since that date you will be able to see your order in the My Account area
