We are a small friendly Paint manufacturing company based in Shepton mallet, Somerset.

 

We are looking to recruit new members of staff to join our production team. The production team is a small team who run all duties from mixing, filling, picking & packing.

 

Typical roles will include assisting with packing and wrapping of finished goods from the production line, picking orders from order sheets ready for dispatch, and helping out where ever needed. 

 

No experience is required for this role, as full training will be given, however we do require you to be able to work well on your own or as part of a team and become a strong team member.

Our factory team is a small team and only comprises of between 5-8 people dependant on the time of the year.

 

Attention to detail is paramount and the ability to work at an efficient rate to meet production requirements.

 

You will be working with our Production & Site Manager and be part of a small team.

 

This role is a physically active role.

 

Job Types: Full-time. Immediate start available.

Salary: £10 an hour with holiday pay and bonuses
