Royal Exterior Wood Finish - Light Oak

A traditional soft yet rich and bright oak shade that blends well and brightens up wood. It sits well with traditional and modern design, looking beautiful outside and in on wood products from furniture to summer houses and window frames.

Royal contains a naturally derived polyurethane based on linseed oil and a high-quality cross linking acrylic. Easy to use with a high-build formulation that enhances the wood grain and resists fading. Can be applied by brush, roller or sprayer and is suitable on all timbers.

Advice: It is recommended that 2 – 3 coats be applied. If 1 coat is to be applied for a translucent look, apply Royal Clear on top to produce a harder surface finish. Protek Royal is a high-build formulation so each extra coat increases the colour and sheen. No base coats or primers required. When applied to floorboards a top coat of polyurethane sealant or varnish should be applied to protect against heavy foot traffic.
