Royal Exterior Wood Finish - Lavender

Soft, pretty purple with a soft blue hue. A traditional colour that is found in many a planting scheme from French lavender to lilacs and lupins of traditional country gardens.

Safe and easy to use with virtually no odour and free of solvents. Good coverage and levelling with a high solids content and high-build formulation that enhances the wood grain and resists fading. Requires two to three thin coats and is suitable for smooth or rough timber.

Advice: It is recommended that 2 – 3 coats be applied. If 1 coat is to be applied for a translucent look, apply Royal Clear on top to produce a harder surface finish. Protek Royal is a high-build formulation so each extra coat increases the colour and sheen. No base coats or primers required. When applied to floorboards a top coat of polyurethane sealant or varnish should be applied to protect against heavy foot traffic.
